POSITION SUMMARY:

Your core job responsibility as a team member will center around customer satisfaction. Your position will play a key role in making customers happy regardless of what area of the store you are currently working. In the kitchen, you will be responsible for making sure orders are being prepared correctly and safely. In the front, you will have to make sure that customer orders are recorded correctly and that customers receive the correct change.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The primary job duties of a team member include:

• Accurately taking orders and making the correct change at the register.
• Preparing food and following food safety guidelines at all times.
• Cleaning your workstation as needed during downtimes.
• Following closely the original recipes to ensure the same high-quality food every time.
• Helping put away merchandise and supplies after truck deliveries.
• Working with management to resolve customer issues as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Adhere to all Company and department policies and procedures.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced, high-energy service environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MICROS experience
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Health Card
• Alcohol Awareness Card

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:

• Varies

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the physical ability to access all areas of the facility; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects; withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items weighing at least 50 lbs. without restriction.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure; work indoors and outdoors, as well as being exposed to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.
• Most work tasks are performed indoors; however, there are events where outdoor activities are required. Indoor temperatures are moderate and controlled by internal environmental systems.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and noisy environment.
