Job Description

Salary: $174,720 - 174,720 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in information security or a related role
• Proficiency with network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and encryption
• Strong experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security testing
• Knowledge of incident response processes and disaster recovery planning
• Effective communication skills for developing training and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Preferred: Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Preferred: Experience with SIEM platforms and threat intelligence tools

• Plan and implement measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data
• Monitor threat intelligence and attacker methods to anticipate and mitigate security breaches
• Research and evaluate protective technologies to prevent data loss and service interruptions
• Create, test, and implement network disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Conduct risk assessments and control testing across data processing systems and infrastructure
• Deploy and manage firewalls, data encryption, and related security controls
• Recommend security improvements, tools, and purchases based on risk and business needs
• Train staff in network and information security procedures and best practices
