Schedule: Requirement of 2 weekend shifts per 2-week period. Float requirements are minimal to none.
This position offers a manageable nurse-to-patient ratio in a progressive care environment where you can make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. With minimal floating and a consistent schedule structure, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your team and patient population while advancing your clinical skills in a supportive setting.
